1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of this website and the process of placing an order for handmade base metal jewelry offered by:

By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The products offered on this website consist of handmade jewelry, which may include natural variations, minor irregularities, or characteristics typical for handcrafted items.

2. Nature of the Ordering Process

This website allows customers to:

browse products,
add products to a virtual shopping cart, and
submit an order request using a checkout-style form.

However, payment is NOT processed automatically.
Submitting an order through the website constitutes an order request only.

The contract is NOT formed at the moment of submitting the cart.

A binding contract is formed only when the seller manually confirms the order via e-mail.

This manual confirmation ensures product availability, especially because the seller may simultaneously operate on multiple sales platforms.

3. Order Submission

When the customer submits an order request:

The customer provides necessary contact and delivery details.
The website automatically generates an order summary.
The seller reviews the request to verify product availability.
The seller sends a confirmation e-mail with the final details and an invoice for payment.

Only after receiving this confirmation does the customer’s order become binding.

4. Handmade Products and Minor Variations

All items sold on this website are handmade, which means:

slight variations in color, texture, or detailing may occur,
small asymmetries or irregularities are normal and do not constitute defects,
each piece is unique and may differ slightly from product photographs.

These characteristics are inherent to handcrafted goods and shall not form valid grounds for complaint unless the product significantly deviates from the agreed description.

5. Pricing and Product Information

All prices listed on this website are final and include all applicable costs on the seller’s side unless otherwise stated.

Prices may be updated from time to time.
The price valid for the customer is the one displayed at the moment the order request is submitted.

In case of obvious errors in pricing (e.g., technical or typographical mistakes), the seller reserves the right to correct the price before confirming the order.
In such a case, the customer will be notified and may decide whether to proceed with the updated price.

6. Payment

6.1 No automatic payment on the website

This website does not process online payments.
Customers submit an order request, and payment is made only after manual confirmation by the seller.

6.2 Payment method

Once the order is confirmed, the seller will send the customer an invoice containing:

total price
shipping costs
payment instructions

Payment methods may include:

bank transfer
other methods individually agreed upon

The order becomes binding only after the seller’s confirmation.

7. Shipping and Delivery

7.1 Worldwide shipping

Products are shipped from the Czech Republic to customers worldwide, unless certain destinations are temporarily unavailable.

7.2 Shipping costs

Shipping prices vary by destination and shipping method.
Exact shipping costs will be communicated:

on the product page (if applicable), or
in the invoice sent after order confirmation.

7.3 Processing time

As items are handmade, typical processing time before shipping is indicated on product pages.
Processing time begins after the seller manually confirms the order.

If customization or adjustments are requested, processing time may be extended.
The seller will notify the customer in advance.

7.4 Delivery time

Delivery times depend on the customer’s location and postal or courier services.
The seller is not responsible for delays caused by:

customs controls
carrier disruptions
force majeure events

Estimated delivery deadlines are provided as non-binding information only.

8. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

customs duties,
VAT/GST of the destination country,
handling fees,
or other import-related charges

are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.

Failure to pay customs fees leading to a returned parcel does not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping costs.

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to:

an incorrect or incomplete delivery address,
customer’s failure to collect or accept the parcel,
unpaid customs duties,

the seller may refund the order amount minus:

shipping costs,
return fees,
any customs or carrier charges incurred.

For customized or modified products, no refund is provided unless otherwise required by law.

10. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)

Customers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods, without providing any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and §1829 of the Czech Civil Code.

Because a binding contract is formed only after the seller manually confirms the order, the withdrawal period applies only from the moment the confirmed goods are delivered to the customer.

The customer must notify the seller of the withdrawal in writing at:

Returned products must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

11. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Handmade and Customized Products)

In accordance with §1837(d) of the Czech Civil Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods:

made to the customer's specifications,
clearly personalized,
modified or adjusted based on customer requests after the order,
or handmade items where the customization or alteration materially changes the product.

Because the seller offers handmade jewelry, even minor custom adjustments (such as altering length, color choices, components, or arrangement) may classify the product as customized and therefore non-returnable.

If the item was produced strictly according to the customer’s instructions, no withdrawal is possible.

The seller will clearly inform the customer when their order falls under this exception.

12. Complaints (Reklamace) — Defective Goods

This section follows Czech consumer protection law (§2161 et seq. of the Civil Code).

12.1 Warranty period

The legal warranty period is 24 months from the date of delivery.

12.2 What counts as a defect

A product is considered defective if:

it does not match the agreed description,
it does not function as expected,
it was damaged before arrival.

12.3 What is NOT considered a defect for handmade jewelry

Because the seller’s goods are handmade, the following characteristics are not defects:

slight asymmetry,
natural variations in color, shape, or size,
small surface irregularities typical for handcrafted items,
differences between the product and photographs caused by lighting, screen settings, or the unique nature of materials.

These characteristics are inherent to handcrafted production and cannot form grounds for a complaint.

12.4 Filing a complaint

To initiate a complaint, the customer must contact the seller at:

and provide:

order number,
description of the issue,
photographs of the defect (if possible).

12.5 Complaint processing

The seller will assess the complaint and, if justified, will offer:

repair,
replacement,
or an adequate discount.

Refunds are provided only when repair or replacement is not possible.

Unjustified complaints (especially those related to normal handmade characteristics or improper handling by the customer) may be rejected.

13. Care, Handling and Customer Responsibility

Handmade jewelry is delicate and must be handled with care.

The following types of damage are not covered by warranty:

damage caused by improper handling or storage,
exposure to moisture, chemicals, or cosmetics,
breakage due to mechanical force, pulling, or dropping,
normal wear and tear,
discoloration due to contact with perfumes, lotions, or sweat.

Customers are responsible for ensuring proper care of the product.

14. Return Procedure (if withdrawal applies)

If the customer qualifies for the right of withdrawal:

They must notify the seller in writing within 14 days.
Items must be returned within the following 14 days.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
The customer bears return shipping costs.
Refund is issued within 14 days from receiving the goods.

If the product is returned damaged, worn, or incomplete, the seller may reduce the refund proportionally.

15. Liability

The seller shall not be liable for:

delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure,
damage resulting from improper handling, storage, or wear,
losses arising from misuse of the website or technical issues beyond the seller’s control,
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits the seller’s liability where such limitation would be contrary to mandatory consumer protection laws.

16. Force Majeure

The seller is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations caused by circumstances beyond the seller’s reasonable control, including but not limited to:

natural disasters,
war, conflict, or civil unrest,
government restrictions,
strikes or labor disputes,
technical outages,
cyberattacks or service disruptions.

During such events, obligations may be suspended for the duration of the circumstances.

17. Legal Language

These Terms are provided in English as the primary language of this website and its international audience.

If a Czech translation is provided, both versions serve an informational purpose.
In case of discrepancies, the English version shall prevail unless mandatory Czech consumer law requires otherwise.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and all contracts concluded under them are governed by: the laws of the Czech Republic.

Any disputes shall be resolved by the: courts of the Czech Republic
with local jurisdiction determined according to the seller’s registered office.

This does not affect the consumer’s right to use mandatory dispute resolution mechanisms available in their country under EU consumer law.

19. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

In accordance with EU Regulation No. 524/2013, consumers may use the EU’s online dispute resolution platform:

The seller is not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution unless required by applicable law, but the link above must be provided.

20. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All photographs, product designs, descriptions, layouts, and other content on this website are the intellectual property of the seller unless stated otherwise.

Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce this content without prior written permission.

21. Final Provisions

The seller reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
The version in force at the time the order request is submitted applies to that transaction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
By using this website or submitting an order request, the customer confirms they have read and understood these Terms.
